8. Lost Dongle Keys
Pro100usa is not responsible for any lost key once you buy full version of the program. The dongle key is your actual license and becomes your property. We strongly urge users to include the key in the their business insurance. We may replace a lost/stolen key at half price if customer provide police report or any government official report that documents the lose. We will replace a license key for free IF all broken pieces are sent in. Unique situations may be treated differently case-by-case basis.
9. Refund Policy
We strongly urge you and highly recommend evaluating the program as much as you like prior to purchase. The demo version does not expire.
