Your Pro100 dongle key is posted to you, so we need a mailing address before we can ship it. We never see or store your payment information — that is handled entirely by the payment processor, which means your order does not reach us with an address attached.

What is Kray?

Kray is an optional rendering plugin, available on its own or as part of a bundle with Pro100. It produces photorealistic renderings of your Pro100 projects, so a client sees the finished room before construction begins. Read more about Kray rendering.

What to expect after purchase

  • A download link for the latest full version of Pro100 is emailed to you.
  • Updates, video tutorials and project samples are included.
  • Online meetings for training and support are scheduled if you need them.

What does the training session include?

After purchase you are allotted up to 60 minutes for an introductory session. It covers configuring the software, getting familiar with it, and the fundamental features every user needs. If you have already spent time with the demo, one hour is usually enough.

After your first six months with the program, further technical support or training is billed at $75 per hour. We strongly suggest you try the demo before buying. See the support and training page for details.

Extra keys

Pro100 licences are sold on a USB dongle key: you pay for access to the software through a portable USB device. Plug the key into a USB port to run the program, and move it to another computer whenever you need to. Additional keys are available at a discounted rate based on the quantity purchased. This discount does not apply during sales promotions.

Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving your shipping details. Occasionally, weather or carrier delays can extend delivery times.

We ship by FedEx or USPS within the United States, and by DHL to international destinations. Once your package leaves our processing center, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it at any time.

Frequently asked questions

How many seats do I get for one licence?

There is no single-seat or multi-seat licensing model, because the licence lives on a physical USB dongle key. You can install the program on as many computers as you like, but the key must be plugged into a USB port for it to run.

Can I buy an extra licence key?
